When I started looking at houses to buy, I always thought that MOVE sales and lettings have exceptional choices of properties. When our offer was finally accepted, I was happy that it was with this company. I would highly recommend them, especially Chloe, who is the manager for compliance of property, for doing a job well done! She ensures that the target date of both the seller and buyer is achieved and keeps you updated on the progress of the sale. She goes above and beyond and makes sure she replies to your queries. I think as first-time buyer, we are very anxious and sometimes wants to have an update or information about the status of the buying process. She doesn’t ignore emails and responds promptly, lowering our stress levels. She is for sure the star of the agency! Me and my partner have been looking for a house for the last 3 months. With the current housing market it has been rather hard. After encountering many different estate agents and landlords I can whole heartedly say Ellie from move estate agents was by far the best customer service we could have asked for. Ellie went above and beyond to help us finally succour an amazing house that we can call a home. I would recommend to anyone. Overall a great experience, we mainly dealt with Simon and Warren for negotiation, queries and general communication on our property sale and ongoing purchase which went through smoothly. Both handled our questions promptly and professionally and kept us up to date and reassured throughout the process. A mention for Daniel and Harry who carried out the majority of viewings for our property in a friendly and professional manner. To summarise we would not hesitate in recommending Move to any potential sellers or buyers, a job well done!.

After beginning (and continuing in part) my relationship with Move through Carmen, I've been dealing with Harry for the last month or two. Both are great to work with, always really happy to help and answer questions that, quite honestly, they sometimes don't need to! Now have tenants ready to move into our HMO and are looking forward to continued great service. We met up with Warren, on the recommendation of our builders Sales Manager, Sam. To our good fortune, he and Warren are close friends and . this proved to be significant as we moved though the process of selling our home, and buying a brand new house.There were six viewers on the first day. Four made offers, all at the maximum price offered. We needed an early exchange date,, but a delayed completion, as our new house would not be ready until mid-June 2022. One buyer came forward, and our home was sold.The exchange took a long time, mainly due to the buyers solicitors' inaction at the start of proceedings. Mid February we were at an impasse because the buyer, through his solicitor, could not agree a completion date.At the last moment, Warren and I took matters into our own hands. I offered an earlier date, Warren passed it to the buyer directly by phone. His client agreed, and within 48 hours we had exchanged contracts.We are aware also, that the kindness, understanding, and patience shown by our builder was certainly, in large part, due to the relationship between both our agent, Warren, and the builders Sales Manager, Sam.So many thanks to them both.
