Due to George’s initial diligence and market knowledge the house was only on the market for 36 hours and was sold to a cash purchaser for a price far exceeding my expectations. After this George continued to be involved and was doggedly determined when the buyer started to miss deadlines. I can safely say without George and Move’s sheer will-power the sale would have fallen through and so it is entirely down to him that the house has now successfully completed!
