    Since forming the business in 2009, our founder, George Tatham-Losh, has become highly regarded as the local go to expert for advice on maximising property values and getting the most out of property investments, regularly speaking at events and holding well attended seminars. Born and raised in Cheltenham, George knows the town and County like no other and knows what works in the area. Alongside George is a specialist team of agents with a wealth of experience to help you sell, buy, let or rent property in Gloucestershire.

    Georgia exhibits a wealth of estate agency experience having been within the industry for over 6 years. She prides herself on offering fantastic customer service and the best advice possible catering to each individuals circumstances, whilst building long standing relationships with clients. Georgia enjoys spending her spare time with her Gloucestershire based family.

    Gloucester Branch Manager

    Simon brings with him a wealth of experience having been in the industry since 2007. Joining just before the pandemic hit, it was quite a sharp learning curve. However he managed to succeed in one of the worst housing markets the country has experienced and is still going strong today. The top of Simon’s list is making sure your customer experience is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Being with you from when you register to when you pick up or drop off your keys. No question is too silly and no mountain is high enough.

    Outside of work, family is the most important thing to him, especially when it comes to looking after his two boys and running his eldest’s football team in Abbeymead.     Warren joined Move with 9 years of Estate Agency experience in the Gloucester market, during this time he has built an extremely good reputation across Gloucester. As well as vast experience, Warren has made a name for himself for not only providing excellent service to his clients, but for always going above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale. In his spare time Warren is a football coach for Gloucester City U14’s and is a devoted father to his two children.

    With years of experience in the Property Management Sector, Charlotte has worked her way up the ranks whilst working for a National Lettings Franchise and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

  • Olivia Pym

    Senior Lettings Negotiator & Marketing Consultant

    Having joined the team as an apprentice in Summer 2015, Olivia has quickly risen through the ranks to become a highly experienced and knowledgeable Lettings Consultant. With a real passion for property and interior design, Olivia can always envisage how a house can become a home and having just revamped her own home, now has a personal understanding for design. Whenever possible, Olivia spends her free time taking long country walks with her dog.

    Property Manager and HR Manager

    Debbie moved to property management and human resources after many years working as a firefighter. She has several years’ experience manging student and larger landlord portfolios from a corporate background following her career in the fire service. Debbie has recently moved across to human resources and in her spare time is studying for a degree in this area. Debbie also enjoys reading, travelling and spending quality time with her daughter.

    Senior Lettings Coordinator

    Katie’s high organisation skills ensure a smooth transfer through the lettings progression process. Always keen to help, Katie pulls the strings so your property is ready to move into. Katie spends most evenings practising Yoga and is always keen to try new techniques to keep optimum health.

  • James Henley

    Sales Negotiator

    James has numerous years of property sales experience. He started as an apprentice in Bishops Cleeve and achieved a qualification in the Sale of Residential Property by just 18. After working in a busy town centre office, James has built up vast knowledge of the industry and knows Cheltenham well including the surrounding areas. During his spare time, James enjoys going to the gym, socialising and playing sports.

    Lettings Negotiator

    After working in hospitality for the past two years, Harry enjoys dealing with the public and going the extra mile to help with any queries. Harry has fulfilled a long standing ambition to work within the property industry to gain knowledge and day to day experience. Born and bred in Cheltenham, Harry’s local knowledge is second to none. During his time away from work, Harry’s passion is playing for his local football team.

  • Beth-Anne Eade

    Lettings Negotiator

    Beth-Anne has experience working in Property Administration and Management for two local Letting Agents. After honing in on these skills, Beth-Anne is determined to transfer these skills to ensure she finds the right tenant for our clients whilst maximising their yield potential. During her spare time, Beth-Anne enjoys cooking vegan food and interior design.

  • Fran Russell

    Sales Negotiator

    Fran has over 4 years’ experience as a sales negotiator working in both Gloucester and Cheltenham. Fran also has 2 years’ experience working as a Paralegal in the conveyancing department at a local solicitors working on the sale and purchases of a wide range of properties.
    Fran’s experience gives great benefit to clients by having in depth knowledge of the whole sales process. In her spear time, Fran enjoys exploring new walks with her dog and self-teaching photography.

  • Sophie Ronan

    Administrator & Accounts Assistant

    After 12 years working as a teaching assistant, Sophie is now hoping to put her accounting qualifications and organisational skills into practice by becoming an Administrator and Accounts Assistant at Move. Sophie is keen to train for more accountancy qualifications to support her colleagues with all things money related. In her spare time Sophie likes to spend time with family and friends walking, enjoying meals and travelling to new countries.

  • Ailsa Kirk

    Weekend Assistant

    Having had an interest in the property sector for some time, Ailsa wanted to expand her experience and join the team part-time. During the week, Ailsa works as a trainee paralegal in the conveyancing department of a local solicitors which provides her with in depth knowledge of the buying and selling process and understands how important it is to have a quality agent from the beginning of the transaction. When Ailsa is not at work, she enjoys playing netball and socialising with friends.

  • Alfie Move

    Alfie has just joined the team following an intensive K9 security training course, he will love you to death if you dare come in his office! Along with ensuring all of the staff are safe in the office he also likes long walks in the park and the odd bone or two.
