The most important aspect of any property letting is finding the right professional tenant.  If you’re too busy to do it yourself, you can leave it to us with complete confidence.

Our Tenant Find service is the ideal service if you’re an experienced landlord, happy to look after the day-to-day management of the property yourself, but preferring not to deal with the marketing and the legalities involved in setting up the tenancy.

Tenant Find includes:

  • Rental evaluation of your property along with tips on how to maximise your rental return
  • Marketing your property across all web portals along with social media platforms
  • Accompanied Viewings from 8.00am – 8.00pm
  • Tenant interviewing and selection
  • Full tenant referencing
  • Full guarantor referencing and obtaining guarantee (if applicable)
  • Co-ordination/negotiating of the let in line with your requirements
  • Ensuring that you are meeting any legal requirements in connection with the let

Association Of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)

Move is a member of ARLA to ensure that our landlords and tenants receive the highest standards of service. Our Lettings staff study and take the ARLA competency tests and we are proud of the excellent results they achieve.

ARLA members are governed by the Code of Practice providing a framework of ethical and professional standards at a level far higher than the law demands. The Association runs a series of meetings, training courses and seminars at local and national levels to ensure that members are kept fully up to date with the latest best practice. Examinations are held regularly and membership rules require all member offices to have professionally qualified staff by the year 2000. Members’ accounts are required to be audited annually ensuring that they conform to stringent accounting practice.
